Adewumi Humphrey Congratulates  Monday Okpebholo, Governor- Elect, Edo State

Adewumi Humphrey Teddy has congratulated the Edo State Governor-elect, Senator Monday Okpebholo and the Deputy Governor-elect, Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa on their victory at the 21 September Edo governorship election.

In a congratulatory message personally signed by Adewumi himself who is referred to as Ted Force by his admirers in both his native land of Akoko Edo and across the country, said their victory is a testament of the confidence reposed in them by Edo people.

According to the statement, “I Mr. Adewumi Humphrey Teddy,MD/CEO Trig Energy Ltd, Ted-Force Movement , and the people of Ward 04,Ibillo community Akoko-Edo local government area, Edo State congratulates Senator Monday Okpebholo and Rt Hon Dennis Idahosa over their election victory as Governor and Deputy Governor of Edo State.

“With great joy and fulfilment I and my people of Akoko Edo extend our heartfelt congratulations on your well deserved election as the Executive Governor of Edo State. This is indeed a significant accomplishment, and I am confident that under your leadership, Edo State will witness a new era of growth, development, and prosperity.

“Your victory is a testament to the overwhelming support and trust the people of Edo State have placed in you. I thank them for their commitment to ensuring this success, and I have no doubt that you will honour that trust by delivering the uncommon transformation you have promised.

“Your vision, experience, and dedication to service have rightly positioned you as the leader our state needs during this pivotal time.

“My dear brother, as you embrace this significant responsibility, know that you have our prayers and full support. I am confident that, with God’s grace and guidance, your administration will become a shining beacon of hope and progress for all Edos, regardless of their faith, creed, political beliefs, or ethnic background”.

While appreciating President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for ensuring a level playing field, Adewumi who is also the founder of the Ted Force Movement also thanked Senator Adams Oshiomhole, other APC leaders and state institutions that conducted the election.

“I would like to express my profound gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) for ensuring a level playing field for all political parties. This contributed to a free, fair, credible and transparent process. In addition, let me acknowledge the unparalleled supports of Senator Godswill Akpabio- President of the Nigerian Senate, H.E. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje- National Chairman of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), the distinguished members of the Progressive Governors’ forum led by H. E. Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo state, the members of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the APC, as well as the members of the National Assembly as their solidarity have been instrumental to the attainment of this historic feat.
