The Useh Christian Community which comprises of various Christian ministries in Egor Local Government Area of Edo State, have put all arrangements in place for what they described as an explosive crusade being organised in conjunction with renowned United States of America (USA) based evangelist, Evangelist Benji Asante.
Speaking during a briefing of members of the Local Organising Committee of the crusade billed for 10, December through 13, December, later in the year and with the theme, “Vision Casting”; Evangelist Asante who spoke via satellite assured that every necessary arrangement has been put in place to ensure a hitch free and successful crusade.
While charging all members of Useh Christian community to brace up to take the message of Jesus Christ across all the corners of the World, Evangelist Asante noted that it is high time the kingdom of the devil is depopulated while the kingdom of God is populated, assuring that arrangements have been put in place to provide top nortch logistics for the crusade, adding that free transportation will be provided to convey people from all the nooks and crannies of Benin Metropolis to the venue of the crusade at the Nigerian Police College grounds, Ogida Police Barracks in Benin City.
“We are coming to Nigeria to share the word of God and to bring together the body of Christ. We’re not coming here to establish churches or for one person or the other, but to all the churches for the work of God to grow. Also to help to propagate the work of God and to work with you”.
Responding on behalf of Useh Christian Community, Pastor Chris who is the secretary of Useh Christian Community assured Evangelist Asante and members of his team that all is set here in Benin City, adding that arrangements have been put in place to guarantee their safety during their stay, noting that all security agencies have been briefed and that the Commissioner of Police in Edo State will deploy men and materials for their safety.
Present at the meeting which Evangelist Asante joined virtually were various church leaders of Useh Christian Community, some leaders of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN); members of Christ The Mediator Ministry International led by the head of ministry, Apostle Gabriel Osaigbovo, the of Coordinator General of Useh Christian Community, Rev. Dr Favour Otoide, amongst others.
