The Committee of All Progressives Congress (APC) Local Government Chairmen in Edo State has congratulated the Secretary to the Edo State Government (SSG), Umar Ikhilor, Esq., on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an exceptional administrator, legal luminary, and committed public servant whose contributions have continued to strengthen governance in the state.
In a congratulatory message signed by the Chairman of the Committee and APC Chairman of Esan South-East Local Government Area, Elder Goddy Obainoke, the party leaders praised Ikhilor’s outstanding service, professionalism, and dedication to the administration of Governor Monday Okpebholo.
The committee stated that Ikhilor’s strategic leadership and administrative competence have played a vital role in ensuring stability and effective coordination within the state government.

According to the APC local government chairmen, the SSG has consistently demonstrated loyalty, competence, and an unwavering commitment to the vision of Governor Monday Okpebholo, earning the confidence and admiration of party members, public servants, and residents across the state.
“Your exceptional coordination, strategic leadership, and diligent discharge of responsibilities have contributed immensely to the success and stability of the present administration. Your loyalty and steadfast commitment to the Governor’s vision for a prosperous Edo State continue to inspire confidence in governance,” the committee stated.
The party leaders also commended Ikhilor’s personal virtues, describing him as a humble and compassionate leader whose influence extends beyond government through mentorship and humanitarian service.
