The Chairman of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), Edo State Chapter, Comrade Osakpamwan Eriyo, has congratulated the Secretary to the Edo State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor (Esq.), on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a committed public servant and a dependable pillar of the state administration.
In a congratulatory message issued on behalf of the union and its executive members, Eriyo said: “On behalf of my union, the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), and my EXCO, Comrade Osakpamwan Eriyo, RTEAN Edo State and worldwide and nation, warmly celebrates Musa Ikhilor (Esq.), the Secretary to Edo State Government on the joyous occasion of his birthday.”
He further praised the celebrant’s exemplary leadership qualities, saying: “Ikhilor, a devout Muslim, is a dedicated public servant, engine room of Edo State Government, an exceptional administrator and a dependable leader whose commitment to effective governance and the progress of Edo State continue to inspire confidence.”
Eriyo commended Ikhilor’s humility, professionalism and unwavering dedication to duty, noting that his contributions have significantly supported the success of the Senator Monday Okpebholo-led administration in Edo State.
The RTEAN chairman prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the Secretary to the State Government, asking for more years of good health, divine wisdom, strength and greater accomplishments as he continues to serve the people of Edo State with distinction.
He also wished the celebrant continued success and fulfilment, expressing the hope that his service would continue to yield positive results for the people of the state while his life remains filled with peace, honour, long life and vitality.
Eriyo added that members of RTEAN across Edo State joined family, friends and well-wishers in celebrating Ikhilor and wishing him many more years of impactful service.
