The Aifuwa family of Urhonigbe in Orhionmwon Local Government Area of Edo has announced the passing of the matriarch of the family, Madam Grace Esohe Omorogbe at the age of 91.
In a statement by the family signed by Elder Osagie Aifuwa, stated that Madam Eseohe passed away in the early hours of today, Wednesday, September.
The announcement said the nonagenarian is survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as brothers and sisters, who are left to mourn her passing and cherish the memories of her long and remarkable life.
Her death marks the end of a generation in the family, with relatives, friends and well-wishers expected to join the family in mourning the deceased and celebrating the life she lived.
The family, while announcing her passing, expressed appreciation for the love, support and goodwill of those who stood by Madam Omorogbe and her family during her lifetime.
While expressing gratitude for the life she lived and the legacy she leaves behind, the statement appealed to relatives, friends and well-wishers to keep the family in their thoughts and prayers at this time of grief.
